Gold resources at Grey Fox are hosted primarily in three mineralized zones: Contact, 147, and Grey Fox South, which all occur within close proximity to each other. Mineralization is consistent with Brittle Deformation emplacement, and bounded by the Destor-Porcupine and Gibson-Kelore faults.
Exploration drilling in 2011 discovered the 147 Zone. Gold mineralization has been traced over an area measuring approximately 700 metres by 500 metres, and to a depth of 500 metres. Strike orientation is north-south and dips at approximately 80 degrees to the east. Gold mineralization occurs within multiple quartz carbonate brecciated zones within bleached units of variolitic mafic volcanics and other parallel hanging wall and foot wall gold mineralized zones.
